This particular hotel is in Bhowali town. Which being in hilly area, rooms are in basement. But the management particularly the owner and manager took care of us by shifting is on their another bigger and better hotel without any additional charge. So essentially, this is a review of their new hotel. Stay, staff, location etc at new hotel was very good. I strongly recommend stay there. Hotel has full facilities and restaurant etc. Awsome location.
