I booked this place last minute after my travel plans changed unexpectedly. It was already late at night, but I was able to check in smoothly thanks to a kind phone call with the staff. The room was clean and cozy, the evening sounds — especially the frogs — were charming, and I felt a deep sense of inspiration during my stay. As a spiritual guide, I found the name “Canal” symbolic — a place where one can truly reconnect.

The location is great, especially if you need to be close to the airport. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed to find out that the hotel does not offer a free airport shuttle, even though it was listed as such. Instead, the transfer costs 200 baht and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about correcting this misinformation. There are other hotels in the area with a similar price range that are friendlier and more transparent. That being said, the room was clean and overall okay for a short stay.
