Very close to the start of Kokusai-dori and near the monorail station, staff was very friendly throughout my stay, reasonable priced, connected directly to a Lawson convenience store and with FamilyMart and 7-11 next door as well.

The staff here were a pleasure to do business with. They greeted me every time I walked in or out of the lobby and were so patient when I asked for help, despite me knowing very little Japanese. I managed to lock myself out of my room one day and they happily helped me get back in. Location is fantastic as you are surrounded by convenience stores, with the City Hall, main shopping district and major bus stops being a 2 min walk. There are two monorail stations within a 5-10 min walk of the room, as well as the Naha Bus Terminal. My room was serviced on specific days that were stated upon my arrival, which was fine as I don't mind not having a freshly made room every day. Fresh towels were provided upon request each day. The air conditioning was fabulous and got a lot of use during my stay as I wasn't tolerating the humidity well. There's a private entrance to the Lawsons downstairs which can only be accessed with your room card. Coin lockers are available to store luggage prior to check in; the small ones were 300-400 yen and the large ones (which just fitted an average checked suitcase) were 800 yen.
