Good location, clean functional room with all the typical amenities you would expect from a hotel. Nice onsen on the 2nd floor. Staff were helpful and there was always at least 1 person at reception who spoke good English, so no communication issues.

The location is perfect, the pool is a lovely addition and a nice space to relax in the heat. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were all very friendly.

The location is excellent. The room is really big and the bathroom is huge too. Breakfast selection was not bad but mainly Japanese food. Coffee is nice! The staffs are friendly and helpful. Car rental is within walking distance, though the hotel doesn’t have parking lots but we can park our car at a building opposite the hotel at a concession rate.
