The bathroom was very tight. The shower head was terrible. Granted , this is an old hotel. It was very clean. The staff was nice. The beds need to be updated. But the price was ok and the location was close to most everything.

Location to beach, shopping, dinner, and events. Room size was great for me and my dog enjoyed the room also.

Nicely appointed bedrooms with small kitchen area. Excellent parking and a very short walk from the lovely beach.

Great location, clean, convenient for a quick overnight so we could head down to OBX the day before our rental house was open. Communication through text was good, it's nice to be able to check in online and have a code and not worry about arrival, etc. The higher price is definitely for the location for beach access which wasn't important to us since it was dark when we got there. If I'd through it through I'd probably have opted to stay farther away, but it was clean and cute and met our needs for the one night stop over.
