It is a central location, not far from Harbour Bay bars, restaurants and entertainment spots. The view of the sea from some of the rooms was very good. As was the Terrace Bar. Therefore the spaces within the hotel are very good to sit and have a drink. The staff were very good.

Located walking distance away from ferry terminal. The room is big and can fit an additional extra bed. Variety of food during breakfast.

Clean, very close to HarbourBay terminal, free shuttle from terminal to hotel. Free shuttle from hotel to nagoya and grand batam mall
