Extra bed cannot be accommodated in the Standard Queen or Twin Room.Please note that the property only has 1 Standard Twin Room per floor. Guests booking multiple guestrooms will be allocated rooms in different floors, and requests to stay on the same floor are not accepted.For guests staying on the concierge floor:
- Children 12 years and younger can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed.
- A surcharge of JPY 7,500 per day will apply for children between 4 to 12 years sleeping in existing beds.Children 12 years and younger can use the lounge until 19:00.Please note that children with diapers are not allowed in the pool and/or the hot tub.In the pool area, children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is at least 20 years of age. Very convenient location, comfortable and quiet rooms, reasonably priced. Funky styling that borrowed a bit of Munich, Vienna, I'm not sure, the effect is slightly surreal when you remember you're in Japan. The room itself is more businesslike than fanciful.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is next to the central Nagoya train station and bus station and with hotel entrance to the main station concourses and the Shinkansen ticket office and platforms and access to all the main underground lines. Main Nagoya sights are nearly all within walking distance. All the hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful throughout every part of the hotel. After the hustle and bustle of Nagoya the Hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty We particularly enjoyed Bar Estmare. This was our third stay and we are looking forward to the next visit. There is so much more still to discover in this beautiful hotel.

The beds were so comfortable, the room was also quite large for Japan standards. Location in the train station was great and nice to be able to just go downstairs then out to the station.
