The staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I lost my watch on the JR Bus on the way to the hotel and after asking the hotel staff for help, I was able to get it back smoothly.

Its good in general. Its a bit walk to train station and bus stop but you can find the convenient store just down the road.

Location was great, convenient and close to Sakae Station. Room was very well made and very clean, and even quite big for a Japanese hotel room. Staff were very helpful with storing luggage.
