Amazing, from the staff to the facilities, it was all incredible. Highly recommend making use of the different saunas and the cold bath, it was great! Perfect location for a solo traveller exploring the city.

Though it says "Man and women" this is actually an all men's dorm. My particular level had an entire row of individual capsule like sleeping sections. There were two onsen areas, one for tattoo and the other for non-tattoo. Equipped with shower, hot or cold water pools, heated sauna and an "outdoor" area which was enclosed but had a drafty area with chairs for air cooling sauna. Very rare you have a tattoo friendly onsen in Japan so that's a +10 points. Top floor was a shared lounge space with free unlimited soft drinks, a retro gaming area and "free" alcohol (limit of 5 drinks per person, self service). There's free rice at night and curry in the morning for breakfast. 24 hour access with access card to hotel so you can come in late at night

Quiet space, good seperation between the capsules/cabins, we were surprised by the relax atmosphere and the relaxation options like the spa.
