The location is very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. There's complimentary coffee for guests on the ground floor, and even cereal available in the morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d love to come back next time :)

Location is very convenient - close to Sakae station and right in front of Hishiya Odori Park. Hotel was clean and efficiently laid out. Most of all, I was deeply touched that the hotel staffs remembered and fulfilled my special request. Thanks to their thoughtful attention, I was able to spend a truely happy birthday. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude again to all the hotel staff for helping me create such a wonderful memory.

A great room with everything we needed. Bike hire was a nice touch too although we didn’t have time to go cycling. The breakfast and coffee was an unexpected bonus. Self check in was simple and staff were friendly and helpful too
