Location is near Harbour Bay. Hotel provides free shuttle to the Grand Batam Mall and BCS Mall. Room is spacious but totally no view. Comes with buffet breakfast which is an added value. Food is basic and decent. The gym is big and fully equipped. Pool is relatively small.

Breakfast spread is good. But the proteins are rather spicy. Should have less chilli. The tea is too thin.

The bed is soft, comfort, big room, nice theme and decoration, good service , free shuttle bus to GB mall, 4 bottle of mineral water, AC is good
