Love the Apt wf 3 rooms & living area for the fmly. Netflix & YouTube is an added feature for stay. Good bed & duvet wf extra pillows (thank you so much, to aid my back pain). I wish there’s a better lighted wall mirror in the room for makeup than juz the toilet mirror. The queen bedroom has a better mirror lighting compared to mine. Front liners don’t seem connecting but restaurant staffs was warm & all smiles.

My favourite hotel in Batam. Polite staffs regardless which dept. Tifa did the check in for me. I left message for my parcels to be delivered to the room. In the evening she called up to check if I've received my items. Good follow up. Upon check out, I was surprised that the lady receptionist recognized me (sorry I didn't get her name). She bid farewell and said, "sampai jumpa lagi". My heart said, "oh yes, I will comeback 🥰 "

This has always been my favourite hotel. Everything from the staff to the service to the room size, the room cleanliness and even the breakfast buffet is wonderful and never disappointing.
