The staff is friendly, the shuttle is provided (request to Nagoya Mall & Jetty), breakfast is good, location is near to a supermarket, cafe & seafood.

Hotel location very good &Reasonable price. room big & clean. staff very friendly & alway smile.staff be patient explain how to use gojek & grab for transportation & food.& Attractive batam place hotel nearby harbourbay walk within 5 min.& 2 min go to Wey Wey Seafood makan.also opposite road have 24hrs.convenience store to buy something.also easy walk to beach to see sunset.
