Fabulous little place with some of the best staff I’ve come across over years of travelling. They cannot do enough to help you. Also meticulously clean and well equipped with lots of nice touches. Feels authentic but effectively modernised. You may be nervous about the single shower but it’s not a problem. A simple but effective reservation system is used to make sure you don’t have to wait as long as you plan ahead a tiny bit

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they give a lot of advice and have good documentation. The atmosphere is warm and cheerful, really like a home. The location is also very nice.

the staff was very welcoming and warm. they were helpful in organizing my trip around Nagano and gave me very useful suggestions for souvenirs and things to do. the facility has a very large common room and a smaller separate room for doing your own stuff.
