Love the 5-star hotel feel in a provincial city. All the amenities are complete and the staff will make you feel like a very special customer.

The food at the breakfast wasn't served hot... it would be nice to start a day with hot or warm meals .. We weren't able to use the wifi as we cannot connect to it. we informed the front desk but they didn't get back to us so no wifi from the hotel for 3 days they could very well improve on this please

Friendly and helpful staff, neat and clean throughout. FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS Season decorations. Pool area designed for different swimming abilities with services available to complete the experience 😀
