I arrived at the hotel with many problems to solve, and the staff there helped me with everything. Especially Sheima, who was very polite and patient, and who helped me with everything, always with a smile on her face. The accommodation is beautiful, a new apartment, well located, good bathroom and shower, equipped kitchen, and a good and well-served breakfast. Excellent place to stay.

This hotel is perfect while staying in Nador City. The staff were very kind and nice. Accommodation perfect, breakfast perfect and a great base to explore Nador and for me Melilla. Cant recommend enough. Thank you

They accepted our reservation but unfortunately there was a mistake and no room available. It can happen. They treated us with extreme courtesy and care. They found in very short time another accommodation and took personally there by taxi. They deserve a 10 for how they handled the situation

It was comfortable and clean and welcoming. There was street noise as our room faced the street but ear plugs silenced the noise and we both had a great sleep. It is a good location for coming and going from Melilla. Breakfast was awesome. I was impressed with the staff. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and did not try to sell us a taxi instead confirming bus 19/20 goes to he Beni Ansar border from just down the road. The staff at breakfast were also awesome.
