Room Area, cleanness, Room was maintained in proper way. Mountain view from balcony. Good parking Kitchen is very good all basic things for cooking were also available in kitchen

We were looking for a property close to mall road as we are with family of small kids. We wanted to experience hill view as well as wanted to be in close vicinity of mall road. So this hotel offered both experiences in very affordable prices. The staff is also very accommodating and polite. Overall a very nice and happy stay.

We had a four room suite .All the rooms were clean and big. The linen was clean and fresh .The bathrooms were big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The estate manager and the Property owner were in constant touch with us enquiring about our well being at the property .The food served was hot and tasty. The highlight was the complimentary campfire set up exclusive for our group.

We were traveling as a group of 7, and had booked a 3 bedroom villa at Casa Arhan, based on online reviews. The place, rooms, service and ambience didn't disappoint us in any way. Detailed review below Location: Nice location, which gives stunning views of the valley, especially during night. Our villa was on the second floor. If you have elder people travelling with you, just do a prior check since we have to climb stairs to reach the villa. There is not much exterior space in the homestay to roam around, but you can enjoy the views from the rooftop as well. Interiors : The villa had 3 bedrooms and a living cum dining room. The bed rooms are very good and spacious. The beds can easily accommodate 3. There is a spacious living room with a dining table, sofas to relax. The panoramic views from living room are just superb. Service: Good service overall, right from check-in to checkout. They don't go overboard or try to sell their own packages to us, but provides good support as required. Food : They have decent menu options and coverage for veg food. The food is prepared fresh and served hot. Lead time of around 30-40 minutes once you place the order. Good quality overall. One suggestion willl be to provide room heaters in all bedrooms, if possible (for us, there was a mini heater in one bedroom). Overall, it was a very good experience.. If you are traveling as a group or families, and looking for a homestay kind of treatment and experience, this is definitely worth it.
