The fine print
To access the building, where the apartment is located, you have to walk up or drive a small uphill road (about 150m). Therefore it is not recommended for those who have movement problems and do not have a car, because this street is a bit steep. Once you arrive at the car park, the spaces are very large and you can move around without any issues even with a wheelchair.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you may need, and a high chair was also provided. Apartment was clean, and communication with host was easy.

The apartment has an amazing view of Lago Maggiore. It is big an clean, and the indoor pool is a nice treat after a day of exploring the area. The hosts are really nice. We had a great and relaxing stay at "Relax sul Lago Maggiore' .

Breakfast was not included, but we had a coffee machine with capsules (latter supplied) and there is a small store close by for the morning pastries. Great location with lovely view over the lake. We had an easy walk to the water and the centre of town; also, the bus 4 stops just outside if needed. The host kindly left us a large bottle of San Pellegrino water (much appreciated as it was quite hot) and a cold bottle of Prosecco. We felt very welcome :)
