The fine print
Please, note that room cleaning takes place every second day of the stay, bed linen change once per week.Bookings of 4 rooms or more are considered group bookings.For group bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation in the 14 days before arrival, the guest pays 80% of the total price. If you do not arrive on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the value (no-show costs) of the services ordered. Booking changes are not possible within the cancellation period. 100% prepayment required.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Munich Rooms is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Schwabing. It is close to public transit, restaurants, and shopping. It is minimal in design, but well thought out, clean, and quiet. The staff are very personable, kind, and helpful.

No breakfast, but lots of Coffe places not far away. Very nice and quiet room. Very coold in munich and we had to increase the heat. Nice design and modern.

This is a wonderful family owned boutique hotel in a very nice residential area but still close to everything you could want in Munich. We enjoyed our stay and felt like a local living in the city, hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. They offer coffee and tea on the house and they even have a fridge full of beer & wine for purchase, they have thought of everything that could make your stay comfortable. It is just a few doors down from a grocery store and in an area with lots of shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!
