The fine print
Please note that the elevator has limited nighttime operations from Monday to Friday from 21:00 to 06:30 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 21:00 to 07:30.During the OKTOBERFEST period and generally for groups of 3 or more people, an increased security deposit may be charged via credit-card-reservation and will be returned after the proper checkout.Please note that the hotel facade will be repainted from June 3 to July 11, 2025. Therefore, facade repairs will be carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The temporary external scaffolding will be used as efficiently as possible.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

My first time staying in Sendling but I'll be back. I normally stay in Maxvorstadt or in Schwabing but this was a happy surprise and the free welcome ice cream was a sight for sore eyes on a day when the temperature was pushing 33.
