Beautifully restored old building located in the heart of the town. We were really delighted with the warm welcome afforded to us by Fidel whose attention to detail was superb.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff even more so, they honestly couldn’t have been better, first trip to the basque region and it’s no wonder the people are so proud of their little corner of the world, the staff in this hotel really are a credit to the owners

Very helpful staff. Also met the owner George who made us very welcome. Excellent modern refurbishment of a character building. Very good quality food. I easy access to Bilbao airport
