Location was fabulous although the street it is on, is a little chaotic. The restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The building is a beautiful old building and I found it incredibly charming and tidy though not fancy at all.

The hotel is very well located very clean excellent staff very prompt and efficient rooms are very big and clean excellent breakfast

Our stay West end hotel has been very comfortable as well as logical at the same time. Since it’s a heritage hotel we were transported to a different time of hotel experience. Rooms were spacious and well ventilated. Housekeeping has been top notch - they were polite and very quick in action to our ad hoc requests. In-house Food is also good. Since the hotel is in South Mumbai every major attraction in South is a stone throw away. Uber cabs - white and yellow are easily available. Very much recommended - comfort wise, location wise and even price wise.

We love this quirky hotel and have stayed many times it has recently changed owner but has kept it's old world charm
