The staff were very accommodating with all of our requests. Had the chicken handi for dinner which was nice. Breakfast was very good too with generous portions.

Room service that I ordered during my stay was late. Additionally, the flush tank in the toilet was not functioning properly. This could have been checked before handing over the room to me. Apart from these issues my stay was satisfactory.

Executive Suite was excellent, comfortable, large and very neat and clean. The reception staff, room service staff, kitchen service and security staff were kind and professional. It was a cold evening so the staff also provided the heaters upon the request. Breakfast buffet was also very nice having good food taste and quality.
