Receptionist was terrible. Before I went I looked to combine two bookings by email and assumed the email reply was to confirm this. However, when I arrived at the hotel, it turns out that the email was to confirm arrival time. I wasn't bothered about arrival time. If I'm being honest, I thought you could arrive at whatever time suits you. But going back to keeping the same foom for two nights, the receptionist said she couldn't do it. The hotel was booked out for the wedding that day, and there was almost a full change over for my nephews wedding the next day, and they were finding it hard to leave me with the same room. Left a bad taste that they would even dispute such a request, and even though she did in the end leave the room to us, it took away from the experience

Staff for friendly it was exceptionally clean it was our wedding anniversary and staff went above and beyond
