the location is great, just near the market and 100m to the beach. ac works good and the beds are confortable, the swimming pool is nice and clean as well as the garden. the place is quiet, especially at night.

I stayed here for a total of three months and it was an excellent experience. The villas are in a great location, within walking distance of a well-equipped commercial gym, several supermarkets and a food court. I highly recommend trying the Indian food there. The pool was a lovely surprise as it is larger than most pools I have seen in Asia. The staff were always friendly and smiling, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. The manager is very friendly and approachable, along with Dương and Lương who always go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I originally booked for 28 days but ended up extending as we completely fell in love with both the place and the people. The bedroom has its own door and is a nice air-conditioned room, so you can keep mosquitos out while sleeping. The toilet also has a door but the rest of the villa is open plan. There is a small kitchenette upstairs with basic cutlery and a kettle which is handy for simple meals or drinks. Vegetta Gym is close by and has a wide range of equipment for serious training. Trinh’s Muay Thai Boxing Gym is only a seven minute scooter ride away. It also has plenty of equipment, but the real highlight is Trinh himself. He is not only a brilliant trainer but also a genuinely lovely and friendly person who makes every session enjoyable.
