The place itself is fantastic! Big rooms, fun with hammock in a room, playful territory - fire pit, outdoor stage, outdoor bar with grills, fantastic view, smores - wow! But the room could be cleaner.

* Great location with many outdoor possibilities * Could rent bikes and paddleboards * Were able to extend my stay even though Booking.com did not allow it * Decent WiFi

It was a seamless process. We didn’t see any staff so can not comment on those parts of the hotel.

Room was clean and as pictured. Facilities were a little run down but nothing crazy and it is a winter lodge primarily. Contactless check in and check out. as I was there after 5p and left very early..I never saw anyone. Not a bad thing per se.
