The fine print
The property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival.A 2% surcharge will be added to ALL bookings paid by debit/credit card.In case your card is not valid, the property will contact you asking for new card details. If you don't provide the details within 24 hours, the property is entitled to cancel your booking.For bookings of 6 or more guests, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking a cleaning fee of $10/ pers will be added.For group of 4 or more guests, you can contact us first to confirm the allocation of the rooms which fit together before making reservation.A full non-refundable prepayment is required for bookings over bank holiday weekends and with large festivals in town such as One Love, Bay Dreams and Jazz Festival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very clean considering it’s a hostel - free surfboard rentals, great staff and met great people I originally booked 3 nights but ended up staying 3 weeks

One of the night staff people at night told me I have to leave because I am a visitor and I was a guest, please ask before talk to people like that.
