The location is amazing in terms of view, out of the way from everything else but this is Hakone. The facilities are state of the art. The private onsen is amazing.

We loved our stay. The accomodation was a great modern apartment with plenty of creature comforts and a relaxing private onsen. The apartment had fantastic views of the lake and Mount Fuji that made it an unforgettable experience. It’s not an exaggeration to say that the apartments are positioned perfectly to capture the best views on the entire lake.

Everything was great but the check in time after 3pm and the checkout time at 10am is a bit ridiculous
