ideal location, close to all amenities. chalet comfortable .Welcome kit was a very pleasant surprise . Good storage for skis, boots etc. Entering through garage was good as we didnt have to traipse through chalet in wet ski gear. Liked having washing machine and dryer in the boot room.

Chalet very clean, comfortable (e.g. all the rooms have bathrooms) and perfectly located for both Summer and Winter activities (2 mins to centre of Morzine so right where all the main lifts go from) The service was really good. Prior to us arriving, there was a lot of communication so that we could make sure we hit the ground running for the holiday (e.g. we had prefilled all the details required for the Multipass, but more generally they introduced themselves as soon as we booked and gave us lots of information to help us decide what we wanted to do on the holiday. Also very quick to answer questions, responses always within a couple of hours and often withing minutes). They (Simply Morzine) took into account our early arrival time (3 hours before we could officially get into the chalet) so that by the time we arrived at midday the chalet had already been set up and we were able to get access. Reps were good, on hand when we needed them and had done all the activities we wanted to try, so were able to give us first hand experience. Also able to recommend others that we hadn't known about.

As advertised, spacious, clean and every room had a bathroom so no arguments over showers!
