A fantastic chalet - really well equipped - all bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, lovely large living area and adjacent very well equipped kitchen. Really appreciated that there were basics like salt, pepper, oils, tea, coffee, some bin liners etc. Having the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. We were only 5 so only used the three bedrooms on the ground floor but even with larger groups the chalet is superbly well equipped and spacious. (beds for up to 14 guests) Fantastic boot room downstairs in the garage that you access from outside and then there are indoor stairs leading up into the chalet from it. Location is good - you can walk up into Prodains in under 10 minutes (though the bus stop is near) - or very easy to park a car up in the Prodains cable car car park. Excellent communication with Chrissie who manages the chalet. One warning if you arrive in the dark make sure you have very precise instructions - we were unable to find the chalet as only had a google maps marker which was not 100% accurate so had to call Chrissie to be talked through where the chalet was. Another small pointer is that wifi was not amazing. A chalet we would definitely return to - we loved staying there. Thank you Chrissie for all your help, and patience! Lavinia
