Beautiful property located in front of Morjim Beach, check in was very smooth. Mr Praveen was very courteous and helpful, lovely hospitality.

I liked the location, because it was practically 5 feet off the beach at high tide. The mattresses were clean and the sheets were comfortable. The bath was nice, but the bath water was chlorinated heavily. The fittings were adequate. The buffet was nice and I heard one could order at the gate. The beach was very clean and not crowded, very rare for India and Goa in general. Lots of locals and foreigners who were cool with each other. The place has lots of youthful parties. It was easy to rent a bike to come and go on day 2 for me as a solo traveler.

I liked how a section of the Morjim beach was easily accessible right from the property. It was directly on the beach, although the beach is a bit dirty.
