The fine print
Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building. This includes bedrooms and public areas. Anyone found to have been smoking in the building will be liable for a cleaning fee of GBP 150 per room to cover the cost of deep cleaning. In addition any soiling or damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly.

Definitely a 2 star hotel but not too bad. Hardly saw any staff apart from checking in. Couldn’t use the bar as there was a private do on, but that was probably a one off. Room was basic but ok,sheets and bed all clean but bathroom was a bit grubby. Decent value for money and right on the promenade. Had to pay for parking

We booked a twin room but when it was seen that I was disabled the receptionist said the room booked required stairs so upgraded us to a larger room with a sea view a no extra cost. Breakfast was great.

Excellent hotel . staff exceptional nothing too much trouble, friendly and obliging. Room with sea view Excellent comfortable bed bath and shower and beautiful white towels. choice of cereals fruit juice etc and porridge and superb full english breakfast served very hot to order. Lovely poached eggs and scrambled also. Evening meals varied menu choice each day excellent starter, Main and sweet 1st class. Bar facilities Excellent comfortable seating and good evening entertainment. Great location for regular buses and train station. Rate this hotel 100% did not want to leave our second visit and will definitely be returning.
