This is a lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly, warm and helpful. My room was clean, quiet and elegantly designed with an incredible view of the Cathedral. Being only a few minutes' walk from the central station, the hotel was extremely well located. A bus to the airport goes straight past the door making it simple and cheap to get to your plane. I had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was fresh and delicious, served with excellent coffee, in a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of natural light. I didn't have time to swim in the pool but it looked beautiful too.

Nice staff, clean decent sized rooms, good pool. Any requests dealt with quickly. Plenty of lifts. Lovely views. Location was brilliant - area felt very safe for a family of 4. The bell centre close by has supermarkets and sandwich surrounding it. Time out market a walk away and lots of shops. Uber pretty cheap to old Montreal.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The gym is well equipped with decent sauna and jacuzzi too. The bar service was first class and the food was amazing. Great location too.

Surprise extra guest fee and a $200 deposit. No other hotel actually takes a $200 deposit. They have your credit card information so there’s no point in taking any deposit. $600 for a one night stay for a two double bed room is unacceptably expensive
