The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two people per bed.The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. Communication through texts and email was on point from the moment we booked until we checked out. We were impressed at first with the modern designs of the loft. Beds were comfortable, and we had most of the amenities we needed for our stay. ie washer, dryer, stove, oven, utensils. However, as the stay progressed, we noticed a few odd things ( things that could have been better thought out before built or things that would have made our stay better). The cable box that was set behind the TV made it impossible to change the channels or get the TV working unless you point the remote behind the TV. So you are not able to start the TV sitting on the couch or chair in front of the TV. The faucet closest to the toilet is a shorter spout and drains onto the lip of the sink, so it was hard to wash your hands in that sink. The bath towel hooks are placed too far away from the opening of the door for easy access after showering. Maybe the easiest way to solve that issue is to reverse the sliding doors of the shower. There was some obvious renovation on the dry wall in the living room. It would have been nice to have had that painted over before we had use of the place. There was no baking sheet to use for the oven. The hanging baskets in the closet and the shelf along the bedroom wall on the main floor were all very flimsy and not usable. The floors were super lacquered, which made you see every streak or droplet. So, to us, the floors looked as though they were never mopped. We ended up wearing slippers around the apartment. Finally, the curtains were two different lengths (not a deal breaker for us) but just odd inconsistencies about this hotel that we noticed.

The ease of check in and services offered was incredible. The loft was superb and so well kept , it was a delight to be there. The fact that the smallest information of every equipment functionality had a you tube video was super cool. I would suggest more people to use these services.
