Brilliant location in the old port area and 5 minute walk to metro. Nice clean and secure with friendly staff. Good kitchen area and seating. Dorms airy and light and good clean showers and toilets. I hope to return.

Everything is good apart from there is a club on the ground floor, it was very noisy until early morning on Friday night.

The location is incredible. Bonsecours Market is right outside the entrance. You are not just nearby. Once you step out, you are already there. The Clock Tower is less than a ten-minute walk, and La Grande Roue and the zipline area are only a few minutes away on foot. Given the location, the price is very reasonable, especially for people traveling alone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Claire was especially wonderful. Another staff member helped me with check-in (sorry, I did not get her name); she was also lovely and welcoming. Reception is available all day and night. You enter with a code, and each room has its own security code. The neighborhood feels safe even after dark. There are pubs nearby and people walking around until late. There is a clean shared kitchen next to the reception. You can store food in the fridge and label it with the supplies they provide. Coffee is available too. You can borrow a hairdryer at the front desk, which is convenient. There is also a laundry room with a sign-up board to manage the queue. Just keep in mind that towels are not included, so you will need to bring your own or rent one.
