We absolutely loved La Casa de La Montana. Leslie and his family/team have created a wonderful oasis in the jungle just minutes from central Santa Elena. It's not a glamorous place but it is super clean and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Sitting on the veranda watching capuchins, agoutis and hummingbirds was wonderful. Even the 5am howler monkeys were exciting (if a bit tiring the next day). Thank you so much to everyone.

Great location with bush all around. Watch out for birds and animals from your own balcony or the various indoor and outdoor door common relaxing areas. Good breakfast every morning.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and insightful on the area. Breakfast was great and our stay was fantastic value for money. Seeing howler monkeys was a bonus!
