Excellent flat in Montescudaio, within walking distance to all necessities. You have everything you need inside for a comfortable stay and the view is absolutely phenomenal.

I spend a week in winter here and I felt at home immediately. The house is so cosy and comfortable and has a wonderful view. It has very good wifi which was important to me as I was working remote part-time. It is in centre of the village with coffee bar, panificcio and mini market around the corner. Alberto and his father were very welcoming and available, grazie!

Alberto offered us a free upgrade to his different accommodation (as well located in Montescudaio), so unfortunately I cannot review this one. But I can say that Alberto is a very friendly & professional host, always ready to help you with everything you might need. We had really nice time in his other property. Montescudaio is definitely worthy visiting if you prefer quiet places with wonderful historical atmosphere and incredible views to the countryside, sea is not too far away (10-15 minutes by car). And I really recommend lovely restaurant Osteria BardoVino, we had the best dinner there, it is definitely worthy! :)

The house was so comfortable and cozy, with so much character. It really felt like coming home, and the view is stunning! We got the warmest welcome, and generally just really liked our stay!
