Very well located. Close to everything in Monterosso but located in a quiet area. The train didn’t bother us at all, as the windows and walls blocked the noise very well. It is not an issue at all. The place was very clean, had all the amenities. Host was very nice and efficient and answered our messages very quickly. I really commend this place if you want to spend a few days in Cinque Terre. It is also easy to get to, not a lot of steps or stairs.

Excellent communication with the host. The room was clean, seemed recently renovated. The cleaning lady did an excellent job as well. Location was good, close to the promenade. Paid parking nearby, 25 EUR per day for first 2 days, 10EUR per day thereafter.
