The fine print

A surcharge of EUR 50.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours,from 22:01 -23:00, and a surcharge of EUR 100 for arrivals from 23:01-24:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that the check-in after 24:00 is not possible.

Perfect location for traveling by train between the Cinque Terre towns - walking distance to the station, no steep uphill to get there and tucked away a bit from the main seaside promenade so it is quiet. Very friendly staff ready to give advice, homely rooms design and a balcony - although it has no view due to the building position it was very handy to have a place to dry the towels and clothes after a swim. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of nice restaurants nearby and for small items there is a small grocery shop 5 minutes away

Perfect location within Monterosso … quiet, but a short walk to lots of good restaurants and the train station. Also not far to the old town and more restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and very helpful and we felt very welcome. Breakfast excellent; very clean, and as above perfect location for exploring all of the villages with the train line being so close.
