Location is good. Relatively short walk into the old town of Monterey. Room is a typical US Motel room. Clean, functional and had all facilities you would expect. Free on-site car parking is helpful. No breakfast available but plenty of option close by. Free Tea/Coffee available from the office 24 hours a day.

Location was great! Hotel a little dated, and room was basic but clean. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
