Big family rooms, clean, fluffy robes and towels, large hotel which smells clean in all communal areas and looks good. Huge site. Concierge staff lovely - valet parking Great lifts Vending machines on floors Big bathroom Lonely shutters / balcony Water and ice available Location to piers and wharf area Lovely fluffy towels by pool and bathrobes in room such high quality. Hot tub / spa by pool Shuttle bus located nearby for local areas (free Monterey city funded) Perfect location for seeing Big Sur/17 Mike drive/ whale watching / Carmel by the Sea

The staff were great. I thought I had an issue with the payment but was my fault, the hotel manager and reception staff were very courteous throughout.

Loved the foyer/lounge. With trees and seating areas. Lovely lighting in the evening. Relaxing dining / bar area.

Great location walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and a lovely road of bakeries and restaurants. Can also walk to Cannery Row from here. Hotel felt spacious and modern. Parking was easy next door in a parking lot and you come and go as you please using your room card
