We loved our stay, and even extended it as we felt so at home. It’s got a gorgeous view and is super spacious. Valerio, the host was super friendly and helpful. It’s central and well priced for the area. Highly recommend.

Francesca was so delightful. She came to bus station to pick us up, but unfortunately our train missed connect bus so we were not there. After we made our own way to accommodation, she came to check that all was well. The apartment is lovely and well located on the very edge of the historic old town. Best of both worlds: architecture & nature.

The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of Montepulciano. The view from the balcony is marvelous and most things in town are within easy walking distance - that is, if you don't mind climbing steep roads. We had no direct contact with the hosts but getting the key code was uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Location ! 5 min walk to town centre, 5 min walk to the city portal where the unrestricted traffic area is, plenty of parking space directly in front of apartment to load luggage🧳 easily. Best view of the Tuscan countryside from the windowss and balcony, plenty of fresh air. Hostess was very kind to wait for us on Sat evening and drive us to the accommodation. Thank you so so much !!
