Very comfortable, excellent location, market just around the corner. Host was so nice and friendly, kept sending suggestions for us with different things to do. Can rhink of a better place to stay with family, close enough to Montepulciano but not too close to get overwhelmed with tourists. I felt like a local!

Loved the location within walking distance of the city and available free parking. Massimiliano and his daughter Valentina were the consummate hosts responding very quickly to our inquiries and providing general information about the surrounding area. Amenities close by. Everything you need and more...bright clean airy large space with a private garden! Bellissima!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is huge, very clean and well equiped. We had everything we need and even more. The host was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location for a "couple day sightseeing trip to the area". Located very close to the historical center (10min walk) in a living community-area of Montepulciano (free parking). Very nice and helpful host, 3 separate bed-rooms nicely and very well equipped (not easy to find...). Small outside place with bbq.
