The place was very nice, clean, and the room was spacious — perfect for two people. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area with the other rooms, which was convenient. The kitchen had some snacks and fresh fruits available, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They gave us all the info we needed when we arrived. The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The location is right in the heart of Montepulciano. Since it’s inside a ZTL (limited traffic zone), you have two parking options: • Parking lot #6: Paid parking from 8 AM to 8 PM (blue lines). • Parking lot #7: Free parking (white lines). You can drive into the ZTL after 8 PM to drop off your luggage.

This hotel is just amazing its like a little truffle 😁 , the host is very helpful and friendly , very clean , great location , close to all wineries and right in city center - old Town. I definitely wanna come back for truffle hunting when is going to be season.
