The location is perfect—close to Montepulciano, yet peacefully removed from the tourist crowds. Surrounded by nature, it offers a truly tranquil atmosphere. The apartment was spacious and built in authentic Tuscan style. There are 7 to 8 apartments in total, and the pool is shared—but it was never too crowded. It was large, clean, with ideal water temperature, and there were enough sunbeds and chairs for everyone. The garden was beautiful, full of mature trees providing natural shade, and everything was very well maintained. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. We appreciated the mosquito nets on the windows and the fans in each room, which made the stay comfortable. There’s also a barbecue area and a laundry room available for guests. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—always available when needed, and their recommendations for local places, restaurants, and events really enriched our stay. We were truly happy with our experience.

Loved the traditional Tuscan house and large pool area! The host Sara is amazing, so knowledgeable and sweet! WiFi worked great - which is something we were worried about but was really fast and efficient. Overall just beautiful traditional stay.

Great Pool. Cooled off after being out for the day. Lots of seating and umbrellas. Amount of space. Close to everything. Private feeling the way the rooms are setup. Has laundry. Great bathroom.

We spent 5 days at the property together with another couple in 2 adjacent apartments, vis-a-vis of the big house. It was kind of intimate location, our own garden was surrounded on vegetation. We had great time, the staff was great, the other customer never bothered us, in fact for me who am a very sociable person was nice to hear kids giggling at the swimming pool or people talking in low voices in the evening while enjoying dinner . Everything was above and beyond the expectation and I believe the words do not make justice to the experience, the landscape, the little oasis which the property as a whole was. The property is located very close to Montepulciano, a beautiful village so we took the opportunity to visit more then once. But, Montepulciano is not the only attraction we visited, there are a lot of truistical sites very close. It was also important the supermarket at 2 km distance - it's is really walking distance between wineries and olive trees. One in all, thank you to the host for a great job.
