The choice of food, quality and taste was exceptional at the buffet and seafood restaurant. The beach was clean, relaxing and accessible. The makeup mirror in the room was ideal. Really enjoyed the food choices for breakfast , particularly the taste of the local cuisine . The art throughout the property was authentic to the Jamaican culture and proudly and tastefully captured and displayed. The pool upstairs decor and layout was amazingly beautiful. Loved the concept of the cafe to get tea, smoothies etc at any time. The flexibility of the Manager Marlon in listening to our feedback and being extremely accommodating to make our stay more comfortable. Loved the activities such as bingo, Easter hunt, water aerobics and live entertainment daily. Enjoyed the rum tasting and historical review. Overall the staff were polite and very accommodating.

- 2 beautiful pools (1 next to the beach and 1 on the roof top) - beach access with comfortable chairs, umbrellas, towels and service for drinks (beautiful, clean beach) - not too busy at the beach (chairs are not too close to each other) - à la carte seafood Restaurant was really good - the cafe has great coffee - very friendly staff and great service; reception as well as restaurants - we arrived at 2pm; our room wasn’t ready for check-in, but we already received access to the whole property including all restaurants and bars - we could extend checkout to 12pm and could use the whole property until 1pm

The location, the layout of facilities, the beach and the pool area were well positioned. The customer experience was definitely thought about. I liked the feeling of space in a very comfortable environment
