It is the perfect location near the oceanfront and the old town of Monopoli. It is very small, barely enough for one person, but well decorated with a charming interior. For a one-person, very affordable. The owner is accommodating to needs and responsive.

The room had all advertised amenities and was very clean. The location was excellent: right in the heart of the old town of Monopoli. Other guests say they found it noisy but I did not experience this. Even though the neighbouring restaurant was open until 2am, the room was quiet and blocked out the noise. The decor was nice. The keys were easy to access.

The property is stunning, overlooking a busy square and next to a restaurant but you cannot hear a noise. Convenient to visit Monopoli and go to the local beach, with everything you need nearby. Great communication with the host, easy key collection. Highly recommended.
