Very clean & great location just outside the old town perfect walking distance (10 mins). The owners were super helpful and could not do enough for us, really easy to contact & gave us lots of tips for places to visit & places to eat

Location proximity to beach and walkable to city centre. Good place to have a home base to explore Grocery store right there

Very modern new development. Very close to a modern new supermarket Eurospin .Excellent location 500 m from the beach. 10/15 mins from. Old town Monopoli unreal place needs to be seen.
