We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Monopoli. The highlight was definitely the large private terrace with sea view – perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the evening. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped, with dual-zone air conditioning that kept it cool even during the hottest days. The location is also great – just about 1 km from the old town, which made it easy to explore without being in the middle of the tourist crowds. It's located in a new residential area, and there’s a well-stocked shop and restaurants just around 100 meters from the apartment – very convenient! The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

We have a wonderful holiday in this stylish, comfortable apartment with amazing views. Angela was a very atentative and polite host, helping us every time we needed it .

The apartment is really comfortable and Angela is so friendly. It's a newer complex of houses couple of minutes from the historic center of Monopoli. There are couple of rocky beaches nearby with mainly local people visiting. They are ok for a swim or two, but do take a bus (or rent-a-car) to get to the Capitolo beaches for a full day swimming. We had a wondwerful time here!
