We have been before and every time we have a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and helpful, and the resort is great. Big shout out to the staff in the pizza restaurant that is welcoming and friendly, and was able to guess my 12 year old order... You do need a car to go anywhere, but that's not an issue for us, the resort has lots of activities to keep everyone busy and happy. We did most of our meals in the restaurant, the food is wonderful and there is a lot of choice for everyone.

For me, the most important thing is customer service, and it was absolutely fantastic, made me feel very welcome, even if it was just for one day.
